Any order placed via our e-shop is valid for 48 hours. Beyond this period, the order will be cancelled if the booking and payment instructions are not followed.

Our Alpha Bikes team will contact you to coordinate the reservation and delivery of the bike.

• Delivery to store: free
• Home delivery (only in Belgium): €3 per KM*, maximum €100
